| Product Overview |
TripleClean contains
natuarally occurring single cell organisms - microbes - specifically
chosen for their ability to metagolize hydrocarbons found in oil-water
separators. These specially chosen microbes target hydrocarbon contamination
as a primary food source. |
| |
| Benefits |
1) Through constant
reduction of hydrocarbon build-up, the associated pump-out and disposal
costs can be significulty diminished. |
| |
| |
2) The possibility
of oil washout and costly fines is drastically reduced. |
| |
| |
3) Available operating
capacity and separation efficiency increase dramatically. |
| |
| How to Use |
TripleClean
is designed for use in a variety
of process tanks that serve to collect free oils that are removed
from a flow stream. These include all types of oil-water separators,
triple traps and catch basins. |
| |
| |
Although every application
is unique and exact dosing requirements will vary from site to site,
the following guidelines serve as an illustration of a dosing schedule.
This example relates to a 2000 gallon oil-water separator with average
flow. |
| |
| |
1) Add 16 ounces of
TripleClean mixed with 1 gallon of water, to the separator
two times per week. For best results, add TripleClean at the
end of a work period or during periods of reduced flow. This allows
the microbes to achieve maximum contact with the hydrocarbons present
in the tank. |
| |
| |
2) If significant hydrocarbon
build-up is present in the separator, the remediation process can
be jump started by adding 5 gallons of TripleClean to the
holding area. |

| Technical Information |
TripleClean
is an active mixture of single-oxidizing, naturally-occuring,
single-celled micro-organisims capable of oxidizing hydrocarbons
with a "bio-surface cleaning agent" and water, It is
specially formulated to be safe, environementally enhancing and
effective.

| Product Effectiveness |
The effectiveness
of this product and the rate at which it is able to metabolize
hydrocarbons are determined by certain factors. In general, these
factors are as follows.
| |
| Temperature |
Increased temperature
produces increased results. The effective operating range is approximately
42°F - 120°F. Do not exceed 120°F.
| |
| Type of Hydrocarbon |
TripleClean
cleaning actioin begins immediately
after introduction to the separator. However, due to the wide
variety of hydrocarbons and their makeups, the remediation process
occurs at different rates for the different applications
