McTighe Industries rectangular units are designed for installation above grade or below grade in a vault and are typically set on a level concrete pad. Standard rectangular separators are built in accordance with UL-142 construction criteria. Customer must make sure separator is protected from freezing if such conditions can occur. This includes piping, pumps and other accessories if so equipped. Contact McTighe if your application requires the use of pumps upstream of the separator.
